Pakistan Army Aviation is auctioning off twenty-one (21)CESSNA L-19 BIRD DOG aircraft with spares, preferably as a package deal. If you or anyone you know would like to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime "closed bid" auction, please contact me immediately. I have all the necessary documents to bid on your behalf, arrange visits for you to three different military air bases (requires military intelligence clearance) and facilitate your stay in Pakistan. The following schedule must be followed to assure your participation in this auction:
** Monday, February 28, 2000 10:00 AM -- Request Military Intelligence (MI)for permission to visit air bases
** Friday, March 10, 2000 10:00 AM -- Collect visit permit from MI
** March 13-16, 20-22, 24, and 27 -- Inspect aircraft at three different air bases
** Monday, March 27, 2000 10:00 AM -- Prepare bank draft for earnest money
** Tuesday, March 28, 2000 09:00 AM -- Be present at auction site
** Tuesday, March 28, 2000 09:30 AM -- Submit bid with tender documents
** Tuesday, March 28, 2000 10:00 AM -- Bid closes ** Tuesday, March 28, 2000 11:00 AM Tenders will be opened
