The nicest and most original J-3 Cub we have ever seen. Aircraft was completely restored in 1989 by Lock Haven Airplane Company. The owner restored the aircraft to original "as delivered" condition. Airframe tubing was abrasive blasted and epoxy primed - recovered with Ceconite 102 per STC SA2666WE. Complete exterior and interior painted. Overhauled engine installed with a new propeller Installed the following new items: plastic windows, upholstery, overhauled instruments, engine mount bushings and hoses (airframe and engine), replaced upper and lower engine cowling, muffler, propeller, propeller hub, ELT EBC-102A, aileron pulleys. Aircraft weighed at 724 lbs, 1220 lbs maximum certificated weight.
